Robert Alanis wants to help bring support to the pastors in their labors of nurturing and building the lives of people. He realizes that pastors are faced with many challenges within their congregations where people are confronted with relational conflicts that could be very time consuming. His desire is to work along side the Pastor to help ease the burden of ministry. The Word of God will be the foundation for all counseling sessions and total dependence upon the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance. Many of these emotional conflicts that people have experienced have resulted in blurred vision of understanding their identity in Christ. Once a person comes to understand their purpose in life God predestined for them that the process for healing will then take place and they will begin to walk in their full potential as a whole person!
